KMD initiates Contract Lifecycle Management solution implementation

KMD has chosen to implement a Contract Lifecycle Management solution based upon Upside Software (UpsideContract)  as an IT platform for KMD's sales contracts. The implementation is broken into phases in which the first phase is focused on obligation management in post signature phase of the lifecycle of the sales contracts.

Gestion is assisting KMD as well as Upside Software in the analysis, design and implementation of this solution.


 

Advis A/S chooses UpsideLive

Advis A/S has decided to implement a common contract management solution based on UpsideLive. The assistance from Gestion involves configuration of a common contract repository including processes for contract authoring and management (follow-up) as well as assistance in terms of data conversion. UpsideLive is a SaaS-based version of the contract lifecycle management solution from Upside Software.


 

Gestion signs agreement with Thales Security Solutions & Services

On February 14th 2011 Gestion Consulting A/S signed an agreement with Thales Security Solutions & Services regarding assistance to build up the commercial and contract management function in Denmark.

The agreement runs for six months. 


 

Gestion signs master agreement with Danske Bank A/S

On November 17th Gestion Consulting A/S signed a Master Agreement with Danske Bank A/S regarding Consultancy Services. In addition Gestion Consulting signed a specific agreement regarding general contract management assistance.

This agreement runs for six months.


 

Press Release: Gestion enters partnership with worldwide leader of Contract Lifecycle Management solutions

As of 1 September 2010 Gestion Consulting A/S has entered a partnership with Upside Software inc. to deliver Contract Lifecycle Management services to the Nordic market.

In spring 2010 Gestion Consulting A/S performed a national survey in Denmark to evaluate the major challenges within contract management. One of the key results from this analysis has shown lack of IT automation to be the biggest challenge.

As a response to this situation Gestion has decided to enter the market for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions to help organizations in the Nordics benefit from IT automation of their contract management processes. Based upon an evaluation among the leading CLM providers the choice was to partner with Upside Software, a Canadian CLM vendor consistently ranked by major analysts as a worldwide leader in the field.  

Gestion is the first partner to deliver Upside Software solutions in the Nordics.

Press Release: Denmark is lacking behind with regards to Contract Lifecycle Management

Gestion Consulting has issued a press release based on the findings of a national survey related to the current level of IT automation within Contract Management. One of the surprising findings in the survey is that many companies don't have IT automation in place for contract management - even bigger and more mature companies only have traditional document management solutions in place for contract management and only very few have solutions in place considered by major analysts to be the leading solutions in the market worldwide.

Gestion signs long term agreement with the Danish Agency for Governmental Management

On June 11th Gestion Consulting A/S signed a new long term agreement with the Danish Agency for Governmental Management (Økonomistyrelsen) with regards to the National Time&Attendance solution to be implemented in more than 100 central government institutions. Gestion is helping out in the bid process defining the bid material including the list of requirements. In addition the agreement also includes the evaluation of proposals as well as post contract signature activities. 

The agreement runs for a period of 18 months.

Gestion represented in the Danish Contract Management Association (DCMA)

At the Danish Contract Management Association (DCMA) General Meeting on April 27th the Gestion CEO was appointed as board member in DCMA. The reason for this appointment is Gestions wish to help raising the awareness about Contract Lifecycle Management and IT automation in Denmark.
